2011 Flood Prep

Here we go again! The water is starting to come up. They were planning on using sandbags again this year but the TRAP bag system was working so well in different areas, the City decided to use them along Drain 27 behind our house. Here are a few pictures of the TRAP bags and the mess the Bobcats made in our yard. Hopefully the yard won't be a complete disaster this year since they used plywood where the Bobcats drove. The plywood is no longer visible because the Bobcats buried the plywood with the mud from the dike.

Happy Birthday Carson! Carson Gary Lee was born on March 3rd, 2011 at 9:36 pm. He weighs 8 lbs 6 oz and is 21 1/4" long.
